Content Management System
You can edit your own content for $10.00 a month with The Color Theory Content Management System. Several of our customers are using this system. It will, most likely, save you money. Website editing is charged at $45.00 per hour. Even if you only had a few changes throughout the year, you would probably accrue charges totaling more than the CMS fee.
With the Content Management System you can change or add text and images, upload videos, put up-to-date information (such as closing or specials) on your homepage, or any other page. In the beginning, when your site is designed, there will be content areas designated for you to edit. You will not, however, be able to edit complicated areas such as menus, headers, and footers. You will need to request web changes from us in those areas. Usually, those areas are rarely changed, sometimes never changed.
If you choose to use this system we can bill you monthly, or you can pay up front. If you choose to pay yearly we will send an invoice each year to keep you up to date.
