Firstly, let me clarify that when the word “we” is used, it means “I”, Anita Russell. I use the term “we” loosely, referring to myself and The Color Theory.
The Color Theory began 9 years ago when our son was born. Until that time I had worked in the art department of a printing/packaging company for nearly 8 years. After he was born, the company I worked for allowed me to work from home. Soon, I began working on projects for local businesses. Before I knew it I had quite a few customers and decided to name my business The Color Theory. The internet was still fairly young at that time, and with no experience in web design, I created my first website for The Color Theory.
Since then I have created 30 something websites, and counting. I’ve developed identities for numerous start-up companies and have revamped identities for existing businesses. I have been blessed with great clients and plenty of work to keep me busy.
I will always do my best to satisfy your design needs. I feel that your image is important to you, and a reflection of me. I believe we should always do our best in all that we do.
Work willingly at whatever you do, as though you were working for the Lord rather than for people. —Colossians 3:23
The Color Theory is owned by Nathan and Anita Russell of Dickson, TN. We have been blessed with two wonderful children who are nine and almost five. Most days you can find us at the football or baseball field, or at ballet. With work and family activities, we are very busy people. Pretty much like the rest of the world, I suppose. I wouldn’t have it any other way.
